  I found their website to be very buggy at times, and they like to try to convince you to completely re-enter information that you have already granted them access to. What's the point of Quickbooks integration if you don't actually pull any information from it? I paid for this service in the hopes that it would simplify my accounting so I could focus on running my business, but I feel the service is not worth the money they charge. My "dedicated" accountant also kept changing all the time, not sure if they have a high turnover, but it didn't give me much confidence, and I never felt like I had someone who truly knew my needs and business without constantly having to re-explain things to the new "dedicated" accountant. I hope to try another company and I am hoping for a better experience. I'm giving them 2 stars, because I genuinely did enjoy my first dedicated accountant and he seemed to answer things honestly, but I was assigned a new one within a couple months.
