- A Google User★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently sent a client to find a lighting fixture,
they found and ordered what they wanted,
but when it arrived, it was in second hand condition.
My client took pictures of the item as requested by Hannah at Aero, and what has happened since is one of the worst runarounds I've ever seen in the NYC decorating "business".
(ignored calls, ignored emails, attitude from reception, no desire to correct the situation)
While it's likely to end up in court, I think word should be out on this unscrupulous thrift shop, not only will I never send a client there, but I will make it a point to spread the word.
