I went to this facility to rent a storage unit. However, when I spoke to the manager named, Mike, I received extremely RUDE service. I inquired about renting a unit for my elderly father who was unable to travel. Without any provocation, Mike bluntly said "that's your business.!" I could take my business elsewhere. As one reviewer said, Mike speaks with an Irish accent and is rude, argumentative and arrogant. He does not conduct professional business - the American way. He should be deported.
