  I don't like the fact that even though my spot is reserved which I pay extra money for, whenever I go out - another car is in my spot! Then, I have to waste my time waiting for the guy to take out the car and park it somewhere else before I can put it in.
  
  I don't like the fact that it takes ages for the black guy with cornrow hair who takes his sweet ass time to move the cars which are blocking my path every morning before work!
  
  And if you plan on coming to drop off the car or pick it up at night- do yourself a favor... Don't. These guys close the gate, turn the light off and just sleep. And they complain when you wake them up for your car! Especially the big beared guy who works the night shift. I wish I could be paid for sleeping on the job! One time I had an emergency and needed to drive to the hospital at 1AM, I rang and rang and rang and called and called! I even knocked on the window. It finally took 30min and by miracle another guy came there and called the dudes cellphone and he answered right away.
  
  The management is terrible too, they keep saying I missed a payment which is not true and I have proof that I paid for every single month last year but they don't want to give me any proof nor date which I apparently missed and they keep writing the extra month over to the next month every time along with fines! It just keeps building up even though I tried to contact them and explain they just replied by putting me into a collection agency.
  
  And finally, God have mercy on your soul if you don't park on the first floor and the elevator breaks. Last year it took them 3 weeks to fix it and this is after FOX 5 NEWS came to investigate why people have to wait 3 weeks for their car.
  
  Overall, I hate this company, its management and most of their employees. Don't park here.
  
  The only reason why they have 1 star instead of 0 is because in all the years that I've been parking there, they never stole anything nor did they take out my car for a spin. You can leave your wallet with thousands and they won't touch it.
  
  I guess there's that...
