    I visited this store on 05/01/2014 to buy a gift to my friend son on his birthday and returned on 05/10/2014 about 4:32 PM to exchange some items because they did not fit my friend son. I had the credit card which I used to make the purchase. As soon as I told them that I did not have receipt, the cashier said "Im sorry we cannot do anything for you, next customer!!! " the manager was right next to the cashier and said "I need the receipt your credit card doesn't help" I was so stunned and humiliated that I left every item at the register. I found the receipt later at home but I couldn't come back to deal with them. This is the greater humiliating store.
