    The worst experience ever. The direction to get to the location was horrible. Could not find the area for pick up. Ended up getting someone on the phone who was absolutely useless because she couldn't direct us to the area. Ended up losing the money we paid. No refunds and complete rip-off. You are better off getting to the Statue of Liberty yourself early enough to get into the pedestal at a much cheaper price. Complete waste of time. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!
