    Horrible experience. Planned on visiting NY with my family. Received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled and a refund is in process a day before my check in. I called the office to clarify the reason for my refund and was told that my reservation was still good and forwarded my itinerary. The itinerary had instructions on where to pick the keys. I flew into NY and headed to the Key pick up place only to find out I did not have a reservation. I had no place to stay and it took at least 3 hours after continuously trying to contact the office that I got a conformation that there was a booking error and they cancelled my reservation. This was in spite of me calling the office the day before check in to conform my reservation. . They did not make any effort at all to accommodate. Terrible service
