- Stephanie Dorning★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We booked the beast weeks in advance to ensure we could ride the 30mins on a very tight schedule in New York. Upon arriving we were informed that if 10 people were not present the boat couldn't go out. Unfortunately only 6 passengers turned up and it was cancelled. Despite us being on time for our scheduled departure, a refund was not issued and no apology offered...simply told to come back the following day when the weather was better. This is all despite the companies slogan of will go in "rain or shine." Wouldn't recommend!!
