  Once I went only to prolong my passport and in no time I was out. The security check was longer than the service inside.

  Zero stars isn't an option unfortunately. Third attempt today to renew my wife's and eldest son Israeli Passports. First time I went I was told that my son needs to be present. If I show up with him without my wife I should bring notorized concent of my wife's allowing me to renew her passport. I should bring Appostil to our NYC marriage certificate since it's not Israeli certificate. Second attempt computer system was down and they wouldn't accept any paper work without their system on. Today their system is down again and we're just giving up on the lowest level of service on earth. What is the impression my son gets everytime we ask him to come with us. When we repeatedly asked to consider our logistic dificulty to have all three of us available for something so simple as to hand signed papers, we were told that there's nothing they can do without their computer system. This might be the essense of pure bureaucracy that was brought from Israel that doesn't really suites the level of costumer service in the US.
