    Honestly, I should be giving 3 stars however emotions aside, the place is good. I’ve stayed at better courtyards. Location is prime as such I will continue to stay here.

    Customer Service - Dependent on who’s working. Not being sexist nor racist however given I don’t remember their names, I’m going to generalize. There’s a Filipino guy who’s really good and helpful. Women are very courteous as well. Next time I’ll have to remember names to update the review.

    Ambiance - courtyard-ish

    I know it’s NYC however dependent of customers Marriott status, at least water bottles should be free like most other locations.
