  Avoid this place like the plague! I reserved a spot here through SpotHero because it was $35 and close to MSG. When we got to the lot, the man was so rude and said he was full... "no discussion!" I explained that I prepaid and he couldn't care less. Told us to "call them" and shooed us away. We ended up being an hour late to our show at MSG driving around in grid lock traffic looking for an open parking garage. Not happy!

  This guy is a crook, never park here, I did online reservation for SUV spot and mentioned my car as Nissan rogue but rental company gave me a different SUV (ford). He did not allow me to park, he said that car mentioned in reservation is different then what you brought, I kept saying that its SUV and I paid for SUV spot so how does it matter Nissan and Ford.
  He did not allow me park. My first time in New York and I had nowhere to park. There was some concert nearby and he wanted to earn extra money by allowing those last minute check-ins guys.
  
  Never never going back here, even if he gives me free spot.
