    I arrived at the Gotham hotel to be told that my reservation had been cancelled. They were unable to explain to me why and what party cancelled it. Even though they had charged my card for the room. I never received a call from the hotel that my reservation was cancelled or a refund until I showed up that day to check in. They did nothing to fix the problem or to find me a room. Just refunded my money and told me I had to go elsewhere as they were fully booked. Finding another hotel room in NYC on St Patrick's Day weekend was not a great way to start our trip. The front desk was severely unapologetic and unhelpful. Had they even said sorry one time I would not have been inclined to leave this review.
