    Very unreliable. First, our kitchen faucet didn't merely start leaking, but it actually broke apart. After contacting customer service, I was told a warranty replacement order had been submitted and that I would be receiving shipping confirmation shortly. After a week with no shipping confirmation, I emailed for an update. After no response, I emailed again a week later, and received no response. It has now been 19 days since I was told the warranty order had been processed, and 19 days without a kitchen faucet.
