  I've brought my things here for about 3 months. I usually get everything back although there were a few times I was missing some small pieces of minimal importance and I was too busy to complain about or look for a new place next to my apartment. However, the last time I went to Lowy, I had two bags of laundry, and one of the bags they returned to me was someone else's laundry! Then when I told him I was missing a significant bag some of the items including a lime green thong(who can confuse this??), A Herve Ledger dress made from machine washable material and several other things Inckuding a terry cloth James Pierce dress.. he became defensive and literally scolded me saying I was wrong and that that bag of someone else's clothing was the bag I sent him.. seriously ? ? Then he said it wasn't his fault and it was my fault for putting designer clothing in through "wash and fold" . IT WAS MACHINE WASHABLE BOZO! Are we not supposed to trust you?
  
  So almost a week later, he calls me and tells me the cleaners could not locate my items and that they checked the video cameras and that my items were never there .. he says "I don't know who to believe you or them" as some strangers bag of large clothing sits in it bag wastes space in my apartment instead of my bag of expensive clothing. Is he high? Or did he forget his pills? ? Aren't we supposed to trust people who we pay their salary and TRUST them to pick up and drop off our own laundry in tact?
  
  I highly recommend everyone steer clear of this anti-professional place where the owner/manager lacks any integrity or respect for his clients who funding his food bill.
  
  Not only does he not take responsibility for the things I've entrusted him with but he also refuses to refund for the charges he charged me to loose my clothing.
  
  He also asked me to bring back the heavy wrong bag of clothing he sent me instead of offering to pick it up.
  
  AVOID AT ALL COSTS
