  Once you find this whole on the wall and wait an eternity to see what's the most unprofessional "hairstylist" I have ever met, it will get worst.
  I went in very early (I was recommended by a friend), waited for two hours for this person and then showed him what I wanted. He said he got it...the entire time he was "applying" the hair color he was talking/gossiping with all the woman that apparently find his loud mouth entertaining. He never focuses on what he does...the worst is when i saw the disaster he did with my hair I wanted him to fix it but he refused to listen to me. He just kept walking away from me and ignoring me. Telling me that it was supposed to be like that, that he can't work with indecisive people (again I showed what i wanted) to have seat so they can flat iron my hair. I wanted a natural red/copper color (brought him pictures), but he made my hair look like a cartoon character (it was red everywhere, patchy, uneven, my scalp was dyed! I could have done a better job) and this is the owner.
  
  By the way, he never studied color or went to a beauty school. He taught himself out of necessity or so he said while I was there. His own hair looks horrible. That should have been enough evidence of his work.
  
  I ended up going to another salon for corrective color! When the Director of Color/ Hairstylist for L’Oreal at this salon saw my hair, she was shocked at the horrible work. She even offered to call him to get my money back b/c it was "unacceptable." This would have been far more embarrassing since i could have sworn he doesn't speak English!
  
  Don’t ever ever step foot into this rat hole... you will regret it. (If you don't then it’s probably b/c you just got it straightened or you're willing to put up with this self righteous piece of a man)
