I get excited to go back each time specifically because of your charming self. It's very rare to come across customer service experiences that feel genuine, familiar and yet professional. If I were a business owner, you would be getting poached for my team. Truly.
  TO MANAGEMENT. Your facility is PRISTINE. The cleanliness and upkeep is second to none and not at all what was expected from a storage facility in Manhattan. Very, very well done.
