    Awful service. We stayed in the Marriott which was lovely, they had an offer on food and drink in the Monarch. We went up, asked if the offer was on. The girl said she didn't know, she'd check with someone. She then took out drink order (which was supposed to be part of the offer). After dropping one of our drinks off, she never mentioned the offer she was supposed to be coming back to us about. She then brought my wife's drink. We had to prompt her about the food and drink offer again. Her reply was "the kitchen is closed today". We then had to pay more for the 2 drinks than we would've of we got the food and drink promotion that was supposedly on. That left 2 very hungry and annoyed would be customers. Finally avoid at all costs!!
