    I needed alterations for my shirt. This cleaners offered me the best price, had my shirt ready in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with the finish product. Thank you.

    Bad customer service, WORSE FIRST IMPRESSION. Fast service, but charged me for 4 sweaters (which made my load heavier as they charge by pound) that was not washed because they are made of some "wool". The man's reasoning was that they do not wash wool garments because the items may shrink. I respect and appreciate his concern, but should NOT be charged for those items NOR was I informed during drop off of that "rule". The man made it seem that it were MY fault for not telling THEM I purposely purchase sweaters bigger to shrink during wash. It is NOT THEIR CHOICE to choose what to wash - I paid for a wash and fold. Was two stars, but changing to one. Terrible.
