    I took my family to Olma restaurant on Columbus ave for a 5:30pm dinner. At 7 pm we were still waiting for our entrees. We had kids with us and all my 4 year old wanted was French fries. At 7pm the waiter gave the fries to the table next to us. Those people started eating them and when we pointed out his error he took the fries that they were eating and gave it to us! Of course we sent it back and waited another 25 minutes for fries that came uncooked. The service was terrible, the hostess and waitresses were not paying any attention and when I asked to see a manager I was told he wasn’t there. The assistant manager came over to apologize and bought us a drink but it was hopeless at that point. I will never eat in this restaurant again. The one at the food court in the plaza hotel is 100 percent better.
