  POOR. Avoid this place if you have a chance. Not very customer friendly. They levy a huge "gotcha" penalty for not leaving your keys, and I will be filing a complaint. It was a dumb mental error on my part to walk off with the keys but stuff happens. They charged me $40 on top of the $25 to park for about two hours! So it was $65 for two hours. The garage's sign warning of you of this penalty is posted about 9-10 feet up where you would not normally look.
  
  The attendants don't remind you or inquire if you have left the keys. As I understand it, this is becoming a more common thing with "smart" keys. And I get it that it creates a problem moving the car with a dolly. But $40? Why not take some action to try to prevent the problem? A more enlightened attitude would include putting some signs where they would actually be seen. It is not difficult to train the attendants to ask the customer, "are the keys in the car?" as I have been asked in other garages with better service. But no, they are content to not doing anything to prevent the problem, and then wallop the customer with an obscene penalty that you have NO choice but to pay if you want your car back.
  
  I won't complain too much about the rudeness of the cashier, because I was pretty angry at being ripped off so badly and I gave him as good as I got.
