  I celebrated a friend's birthday here and loved it. I brought my boyfriend back to celebrate his birthday on a Monday and the hostess was very rude. We wanted to sit next to one another and were set in a room with two tables. Both of which were open so we moved to the other table. The woman was very rude even after we attempted to explain ourselves and that we would be ordering quite a bit so she wouldn't have to worry. Needless to say we ended up leaving which is so unfortunate because it really is such a great spot and I wanted him to experience it.

  I personally love this place because I found nothing wrong at first. I can say I regret going there. I went with a group of friends tonight, well yesterday. For me everything is all about "Customer Service" & that is why I'm rating 1 star...our waitress was very rude and unprofessional. I felt so low class, it seems like just because people look simple and broke doesn't always mean we are. We had to ask for water, She didn't ask us if we wanted to order drinks, or was we ready to eat or order food. Everytime we needed her we had to get up and get her. I quote she asked us "Can u Hurry up, it's very busy. I have other customers to take care off".
  Who wants to feel that type of discomfort whenever they go out to out to dine. I hate to say it but I feel and sensed the racism. I'm sorry I don't remember her features but I'm sure she's from Ukraine. I live in Hells Kitchen and I dine often I've never had such undelighted experience before.I will never go back here or recommend this place to any of my friends of color. I am highly over the top insulted & frustrated that my night was miserable and ruined in a way, because I believe that if I'm paying I want my service!!!!
