  Been there all the time buying stationary for my company since last year. I never use their printing or shipping service there so I don't know how they do. But at least I feel great about their customer service and the speed at the check-out line. They walkie talkie from one floor to another to check the status of the waiting line and promptly advise customers "there's no line downstairs" so this is impressive! The staffs are helpful, nice and fast. And like I said before I never use their shipping service so I don't know how the staff perform there. But if for personal or business purchase/pick-up, recommended to go to this one! I took off one star because one of the store manager, a white bald guy with age 40-55, is a robot, and try not to deal with him at all cost. You'll see it yourself.
