    At first I wanted to write a very bad review to this store because of long waiting time. I change my mind because I try to be objective.

    There were representative with customer and one more customer when I came into the store. No greeting at first. I sat on couch. After 7-10 min other representative appeared. She greeted me and I explained my issue. I was told that there was only one person who was able to help me and this person was with the customer at that moment. She put me in the line where I was the only person. After 10-15 minutes more I was served. I spent more than 1 hour in that store totally. Might be better guys!
