  I went into the store to pick up a iphone I order online. The application said “pending” instead of calling and checking to see if the application when through. This sell man name Kevin, runs my credit again on a new application so that he could get the sells up. He then spells my last name and billing address in incorrectly because he knew he was trying to be slick and deceitful by not taking the time to research the original application. The second application tells use that I have to put a deposit down. So I end up on the phone with the AT and T customer service anyways. While kevin goes off to try to make more $ells and leaves me there to struggling.
  
  On the phone they tell me that there are two applications with different address(thanks Kevin) and I have to pay a depest down. While I’m on the phone Kevin yells from Across the room to remind me that the store closes at 8pm but he needs me out by 7:30. Another assistant tells me that the GM maybe able to waive the fee tomorrow and there is a 50/50 chance. I leave the AT and T phone less.
  
  I return the next day during my Lunch break. They tell me the GM was not able to waive the fee and it cost $470 dollars with tax to get the phone. Again, I leave the store with no working phone.
  
  On Saturday, I take the 4 train location for a hour from crown height to get back to this store. With $470 dollar to put down to get the iPhone X. The amazing Kevin signs me up for a 24 month plan, but I tell him I want the 30 month plan(because the month bill is less.) He then slides the iPad over to me and says just “sign it now.” It literally felt like something out of the movie Boiler Room. He tells me the 24 cannot be undone even though I didn’t sign it as yet? The GM gets involves and struggles to do anything. At this point in time I decided to walk out because I could’nt handle anymore rude customer service people and high press sells tactic. Why would you ask me to sign contacts for something I don’t want? I can’t see myself walking back into that AT and T store ever again.
  
  I ended up going to AT and T on Flatbush near Church Ave in Brooklyn. They got me a new iPhone X and I was able to switch my old phone number over for me. Big Shout to the GM there she was very helpful!!
