    I came in ready to switch, but had had a bad experience in the store near 72nd street. James,a key holder helped me. It was a complicated transfer as I was porting in phones from two different carriers and I had to go back to the ATT and Verizon stores for acct numbers and pins. One problem that older people, especially, older women, have in tech stores is that we are often profiled as Luddites and spoken down to. Not with James. He made eye contact and did his job. I have been in tech since the early 80's. Young people ought to remember that it is us, not people in their twenties who approve business and educational spending!
