  the clerk who was this morning from 9am-10am on window number one on the upstairs mailing office was extremely rude and unhelpful to me. She took a picture which was completely out of focus and cut half of my face of. When I kindly ask her if she could do it again, she started shouting and me and saying rude words, to end up waving and telling me to shut up. When I tried to show her the picture (15USD) trying to show her how my face was completely off the frame, she continued to shout at me in front of all the other customers and be rude, yelling again that I should shut up, brushing me off and leaving the window. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, specially when I was very polite and should not be permitted. Thank you for preventing this from happening again.

  Beatrice was really rude and unnecessarily hostile. I am disabled, I am hearing impaired and when I went to her window with a question I politely asked her to speak up please I couldn't hear her and explained that and she hit her credit card machine and told me to get out of there fast. I was quite unraveled that someone in that job would act that way. I'll avoid her and that location because it gave me a lot of anxiety. After reading the other reviews I see it's common that people are treated poorly here.
