  I want to like this place more than I actually like this place. The owner is a jackass, no other way around it. I've had a box there for almost 2 years and receive packages frequently. A few of the employees are fantastic. They are always professional and know name and box number as soon as I walk in. They deserve 5 stars.
  The owner, however, is lacking in the same professionalism. He routinely is abrasive to not only myself, but also to other customers. Now THREE TIMES my packages have been mixed up and gone to the wrong customer. Thank GOD it was trivial stuff and everything was returned. The owner's excuse was that there "are two Emily's. They just read the label wrong." like it was no big deal. HOW IS THIS A VALID EXCUSE?! It's not. The first time it happened, he completely dismissed it as a one time thing. Now that it's happened AGAIN, he was again rude, dismissive, and barely had 30 seconds to give me his attention and tell me how he's fixing the situation--without ever apologizing! The third time he wouldn't even look me in the eye or pause counting his money and just told me "it happens." I've had UPS boxes for almost 10 years, and this has NEVER happened at another location. Don't go here. Don't give them your money. I'm finishing my contract and finding another store. Such a shame, cause I live around the corner, but my packages clearly aren't safe.
