    I was skeptical at first and should have listened to my inner voice before my unexpected salon fiasco took place.
    I don't mind paying extra for good work but I expect quality and professionalism. A highly trained hair professional is a must...., well not at Valery Joseph's. Instead of a quality standard, I got a woman who could barely tame her own curly hair. ............"Bad hair day can happen to anybody" I thought as I calmed myself down.
    When she was done, I hated it.....She (a Russian woman named Bella) tried to make corrections as I pointed out to obvious flaws. I dont know if Bella understood what I was saying because she kept nodding and mumbling something incomprehensible.
    After many unsuccessful tries, I realized I wasted enough of my time on coaching somebody how to do her job. To make a long story short, I ended up calling my best friend and got her stylist at Rita Hazan's redo everything. What a horrible horrible experience!!
