    Stylist Juana was lost, didn't really know what she was doing even though I showed her a picture. Didn't listen, didn't get what I thought I would because it meant more wait time for them. Made me wait and added services like a conditioner I didn't request and when I went to go pay, the bill was higher than anticipated. No type of apology or nothing just oh, well say no next time. Would not recommend.
