  Amazing Service!! I've had keys made here for my apartment building for years. Finally, it was time to change the locks. David was AWESOME. He walked me through all my choices, quoted me the prices, and the following week did the work. Showed up on time, did the work efficiently, communicated with my tenants, and was done in less than a half hour. I would highly recommend West Village Locksmith, nice people, efficient, and attentive. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thanks!

  I have to say that this was by far one of the best companies to work with and I never say that!! These are some friendly and helpful folks! Their customer service was outstanding. I had a lock out emergency and they responded immediately. They got to me into my car for a very reasonable price, and the specialist who helped me (David) offered to make a phone call on my behalf to another business that makes keys (they don't do that) and help me with the price.
