We recently had an issue over the Labor Day holiday and they helped us over the phone by calling the veterinary at their home given they were closed. For a caring facility, they do a wonderful job.
- Andrea Barrett★ ★ ★ ★ ★Truly caring, compassionate and helpful veterinarians, assistants and desk staff. My pets have been under their care for many years. My only quibble is the turnover among the veterinarians. There was just one veterinarian I saw twice before she moved on. The others just once. Nonetheless I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else.
UPDATE: A happy client of WVVH recently referred me to Dr. Hildenbrand re. problems with my elderly cat. I am so pleased with this veterinarian--her knowledge, her careful diagnosis, her follow up, her bedside manner with kitty and parent. I so hope she stays with this practice.
