  Two other local pharmacies referred me to Willner because they themselves did not have the homeopathic remedies I needed in stock. I called Willner after the 2nd pharmacy said the same as the first.
  
  At first, I was disappointed when no one picked up the phone but decided to leave a message. Surprisingly, within five minutes Akin called me back, asked how he could help me and assured me everything was in stock and indeed he would set it aside for me.
  
  No lines or waiting when I arrived, and just as I said my name, Akin acknowledged me from his higher tiered perch and assisted his colleague in finding the bag he already set aside with my name on it.
  
  Felt like a concierge experience. Perhaps I'm making a big deal about this but when you're not feeling well and your health practitioner implores you to get a specific remedy asap...then you just want to be assured...not delayed or bothered. I'm glad there are people like Akin and places like Willner to ease the hurt even before you have your treatment. #LetsGuide #Reco100 #RecoveringKnowItAll
